Three Seeds grows 90% of all the food served at the restaurant, and everything that is cultivated there is organic, even the meats and dairy products. Every visitor experiencers a magical tour through their Edenesque edible gardens - eating and drinking savory and sweet treats along the way. The gardens are the site of many of the workshops and activities offered at Three Seeds.
A healthy, sustainable farm seeks to achieve as much biodiversity as the surrounding natural ecosystems. In the case of farms in the rainforest, this task is even more challenging, but the caretakers of the land cultivated by Three Seeds include seasoned farmers with indigenous roots and knowledge of how to farm in the jungle successfully and in balance with nature.
